  The food was terrible. All the toppings were in the centre of the pizza. The pizza itself was so undercooked that the crust was actually raw dough. The lady behind the counter was rude. 241 you have lost my business.

  Have been ordering pizza from 241 a long time and I'd say the new owner does a damn good job. Pizza is always how I want it, the time is always good even on busy nights such as Friday's and Saturdays, I've never had a problem with the owner or any workers.

  Most of you likely know me, since I know just about everyone in Cobourg, since I grew up here, and know everyone who grew up here too..
  Read my whole review BEFORE YOU BUY PIZZA HERE!
  I use to work here as a kid. The owner's name was John, and the managers was Mary Coupland! Best boss ever! A husband & wife team named Rico & Neb owned it when I began my own business, and they were one of the best as well. Mary was still the manager when I left , and retired from there due to medical reasons. Everyone was easy to work with, and we had a lot of respect for them.
  That was then, this is now.
  There's a new terrible owner here now. Sadly, for the last couple of years, I've had more then one run in with this very ignorant man!! And here's why:
  His attitude is, I don't give a crap! A very rude, selfish man, with absolutely no PR skills whatsoever. For him, it's all about the money, & THAT'S IT! GIVE MY YOUR MONEY!!
  I order the exact same pizza every time, and every time I kindly ask them to be sure it is WELL DONE plz! Today, just like several other times, they forgot. I called back and the girl that took my original order, answered. She knew right away, sh'd forgotten to run it through twice, but was very apologetic about it. I'm cool with that!
  Today I decided, NO I'm not eating a pizza I didn't order. Not this time, though I have before. He came on the line and was so ignorant right away, it shocked me. There was NO APOLOGISE from him! He wouldn't offer me a discount or even a deal for next time. NOPE, nothing was offered & I was told, nothing would be offered either.
  I was told another one would come which would be at least another 45 mins later....It's 5pm Friday nite. We all know what that's like!!
  All previous owners would never be like this, ever. If they messed up, it was on them, as it should be. I would have accepted anything, but this SOB does not have a considerate bone in him!!
  I ate & ordered from there for 20 plus years, but sadly it's changed for the worse. He should be ashamed, but like I said, he doesn't not care. Tonight he lost one of the loyalist customers this 241 franchise ever had. I am reporting him to the franchise's head office, not because of a simple mistake. I'm reporting because of his conduct & for the way he deals with customers.
  I'm certain he has turned many a loyal customer off of 241 and go buy their pizzas elsewhere. I have several friends who already have, but foolishly, I stayed as long as I could for two things this creep doesn't have...consideration, and respect!
  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS 241...the man deserves NOTHING, because he offers, NOTHING!
  It's a sad world, and this SOB is one of those bottom feeders in it!!!!
