  Menus were not cleared, plates were not cleared, chicken parm entrée not served with pasta. Waitress was non existent.

  Enjoyed a dinner with 4 girls for my daughters 11th birthday. Our server, Olivia was great with each of them and was prompt to them all. Food was delicious and the birthday song was awesome

  Foods not bad, perhaps going late at night is not a good idea if your looking for a meal. Laid out like any other East Side Mario's. Staff were very friendly and just the right amount of attentive.

  My latest visit will probably be my last visit. I will begin on a positive note by saying that the service was just fine, absolutely no complaint there. But the food was absolutely awful. Since Cara has taken over and now supplies the food to ESM, the quality of food they have to work with has gone right into the toilet. The Caesar dressing for the salad is crap, the alfredo sauce is crap, the bolognaise is totally lacklustre. Even the pasta itself isn`t what it used to be. I don`t know what kind of food ESM wants to be remembered for these days, but their pasta surely isn`t it. The only thing served to me that I would deem edible was the soup, tomato soup at that. I was disgusted to have spent 3.99 adding grilled chicken breast to the pasta dish I chose, only to find mushy or soggy (whichever you prefer) bland mystery meat, and not much of it, to be sure. In my life, I don`t ever remember leaving so much food on my plate, the food was sooooo bad. The one star I`ve given is for the server and she deserved more than that. The food deserves none. I`ll never spend another dollar eating ESM food again. Better quality chicken in the nuggets at McD`s. At least it`s properly cooked.
