  Filthy. Ice machine behind counter, play area, staff hair lose a d playing with ponytails. Gone really down hill. Many cleanliness issues. Do not come here anymore or allow grandchildren in Play place.

  Stopped here because our baby needed a change. There's no family washroom but there are change tabes in the normal ones.
  
  Staff was friendly and the food was pretty fast. There's also a kids play room here, I added a picture of it in my review.

  Cobourg McDonald's is a Great and reliable restaurant with fast friendly and always a smile- to- be-seen service! I go there a lot for my coffee and muffin deals and very rare do I get an unpleasant experience with the service there! The amazing staff are Always ready to serve, with a SMILE, any time of the day with Great, all star rated small-town manners! Thanks McDonald's for always welcoming your customers with outstanding, timely, kind performance, in a fast paced service! I am now one of your coffee regulars lol ;) see you soon! :D

  They always seem to forget to put straws in the take out bag. I always ask now is there straws in the bag. Today they forgot straws, dipping sauce and our egg mc muffin was burnt
