  My brother and I met here for a snack today. I ordered a Caesar salad and soup, they had no dressing for the salad, offered me another dressing that did not go with this salad. Not a biggie. The staff seemed clueless. I sat with my order. My spoon had food stuck on it. The cashier pulled 3 dirty spoons from the clean spoons, nasty! My brother had to remind them 3 times he was waiting for a hit chocolate and his soup spoon was dirty also. They looked at us like we were idiots for complaining. I know we will never visit this dirty contaminated tims again with useless staff.

  Very quick and efficient service. The quality of preparation and delivery of the food and drink is top notch for a Tim Horton's store. If travelling on the 401, this Tim's is better than either the Colborne or Port Hope Tim's stores.

  Went thru drive through today at 2.30 and the server needed to learn how to use some manners. There was no question from her if I had there was anything else. And when I paid there was no thank you from her and after she handed me my drink I said thank you she turned and the window closed. The proper response would of been you're welcome or have a nice day.
